Western blot analysis was performed on HEK-293 cells stably transfected with human GABBR2 (Lane 2) and Mouse Brain lysate (Lane 1). Receptors were eluted from the beads using SDS sample buffer for 20 min at 45 °C. Extracts were separated on 7.5% SDS-polyacrylamide gels and blotted onto PVDF membranes. The blot was probed with Anti-GABBR2 Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (Product # 702625, 1 µg/mL, 1:500 dilution). An ~120-130 kDa corresponding to GABBR2 was observed in the transfected cell line and tissue tested.
